Step Two | Pay the Diagnostic Fee | $30.00
This fee covers two things.
1. The full diagnostics of your unit. We will go through and detect every issue we possibly can. We will then give you recommendations on what repair we think is right for your unit. In most cases we will give you a few options at different price points, so you can decide how much you want to pay, what type of service you want and how long you would like your warranty to last. We can also discuss with you some of the benefits of our additional services and answer any questions you have.
2. The diagnostic fee also includes free return shipping. So regardless of which service you get or even if your unit cannot be repaired, you will not be charged anything for the return of your unit.

Repair costs typically range from $20.00 to $100.00 plus any additional services you request. After we have determined your issue we will let you know what is required to get your unit fully functional. Typically this can be done over the phone or via email, depending on your preference. At this stage we can answer any questions and give you our recommendations. After you agree to the service we will preform the work and then send you an invoice. This can be paid via PayPal account or credit/debit card.

The exact repair time depends on how quickly you communicate with us and complete payment for your service. If you prefer us to call you and we process your payment via phone this will speed up the process. Our goal is to have your Xbox 360 back on its way to you within 24 hours of an authorize repair. Typically the whole process is completed in a week or less. Return shipping is UPS ground unless you request a faster shipping method.
Shopper Approved is our feedback collection service. Shopper approved only collects feedback from our actual customers. This insures authentic customer reviews. So, to participate in this program you must respond to the request during checkout.
