Old and dusty thermal pads are one of the biggest sources of overheating and eventual RROD on a Xbox 360. Just like thermal paste, the thermal pads wear out over time and have a fairly low heat transfer ability.
Our thermal pad upgrade and mini heatsink installation gives you the latest and greatest heat protection for you Xbox. Our thermal pads are 2 mm thick, fully cover the chip and heatsinks give you up to 10x the heat removing power compared to the ones already in your system. Our thermal pads are brand new!

This will change out the defective X-Clamp heatsink on your unit. It changes it to a screw down heatsink. This helps your chip make better contact with the heat plate. It will keep your unit cooler and changes out the main overheating issue with the Xbox. It will help you prevent the RROD.
