We try to keep it as simple as possible. During the check out we will collect all the information we need to start your repair. After you checkout all you need to do is ship your unit to us and you are on your way to having a fixed ps3. Once we receive your unit we will diagnose it and a tech will give you a phone call (or email if we miss you). We give you some recommendations and then you pick a repair. We preform that repair, send you an invoice and ship you back your fixed PS3.

Included with the diagnostic fee:
With a PS3 repair a one-size fits all repair doesn't really cut it. With our diagnostic and health checks our technician is able to give your PS3 an individualized repair so that you can get a reliable and lasting repair. After our technician looks it over you will get a phone call and/or email specifically about your unit. So you can ask any questions you have and we can provide you with a personalized, reliable service. Once the repair is finished we use the $30.00 that you paid for diagnostics and credit it toward your return shipping.

Note: Do not ship your retail boxes, cords or controllers etc. Just ship your unit to us. Remember you are responsible for getting it to us safely. It is recommend that you retain this for your records.

Common Repairs | How Much Does It Cost?

We offer a wide range of Playstation 3 fixes and can fix almost any issue. PS3 repair costs typically range from $35.00 to $100.00 plus any additional services. After the diagnostics is completed and we provide you with the results you will authorize a service. This is done over the phone or via email so you can the tech can give you specific recommendations about your unit and you can ask questions.After you agree to the service we will preform the work and then send you an invoice. This can be paid via PayPal account, credit/debit card or money order.

How Long Is This Going To Take?

Short answer: A week or less, Most of the time 24 hours after you authorize the repair

The exact repair time depends on how quickly you communicate with us and complete payment for your service. If you prefer us to call you or you return our phone calls this will speed up the process. Our goal is to have your PS3 back on its way to you within 24 hours of an authorize repair. Typically the whole process is completed in a week or less. Return shipping is UPS ground unless you request a faster shipping method.

PS3 Recycling Program | What if it can't be fixed?

Occasionally we do have PS3s in our shop that we are able to sell at a discounted price. Models vary and are anything from launch modes to slims. If you would be interested in purchasing one of these, please contact us for availability.

Option 1 | Return Your PS3.

With this option, we will return your PS3 to you. Your PS3 will be returned via UPS ground. Your diagnostic fee will cover the cost of shipping the PS3 back to you.

Option 2 | Recycling Program.

With this option, we will professionally and responsibly recycle your PS3 and refund your diagnostic fee. This is a good option if you have no use for a dead PS3 and it would end up in a landfill or as a giant paper weight. We are able to refund your diagnostic fee because we don't have to ship it anywhere.

What we do with your PS3 if you recycle it.

Endless Electronics works with a level 4 recycler in the Saint Louis area. Printed circuit boards in the PS3 contain heavy metals, which are very terrible for the environment and a waste of resources if they are dumped into a landfill. We ensure this does not happen. Your PS3 will be broken down and salvaged for any working parts and metal. In some cases, it is a power switch or fan. After this, the green boards are turned over to MRC recycling (https://www.midwrc.net) so they are disposed of properly. Please do not throw your PS3 or the circuit boards in a landfill. If you are not going to keep it; let us dispose of it correctly.
